Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of social services programs in your facility.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, including mental health professionals.
  • Develop and coordinate educational in-services and provide clinical case supervision.
  • Coordinate referrals to services not provided by the facility and oversee the assessment of potential residents.
  • Develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to enhance care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code.
  • At least two years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders.
  • Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
