About the Job

We are looking for a Principal Process Engineer to join our Process team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality process engineering design within proposals, studies, and projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze project specifications and tender requirements to develop design parameters and methodologies.
  • Prepare technically correct, safe, and cost-effective discipline engineering analysis and solutions for approval.
  • Interface with other process engineering disciplines and design teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist in the development of process knowledge databases for studies, projects, and operations.
  • Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process design with a strong background in chemical engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality process engineering design within proposals, studies, and projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide less experienced engineers.
  • Fluency in professional English.
