Responsibilities
  • Provide supportive care to patients in all units with adequate supervision and cross-training.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and quiet environment to promote patient comfort and contentment.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Work cooperatively with the medical staff and other hospital staff to support the care of adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institute required.
  • Completed course of instruction from an acceptable training school or equivalent training that prepares the employee to meet the designated requirements.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
  • BCLS certified.
