FastSigns is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/ Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers, providing them with information and support to meet their needs.
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FastSigns center.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers by turning prospects into loyal clients.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or counter sales, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet high-volume, high-quality work demands.
