Job Overview

JobsRUs is currently looking for a dedicated Logistics Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities.


Benefits:

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with optional overtime available


Key Responsibilities:
  • Under limited supervision, adhere to established protocols for receiving, managing, storing, processing system transactions, and dispatching products within a warehouse environment.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify the accuracy of goods against invoices.
  • Efficiently categorize, label, and store products to maximize warehouse efficiency.
  • Prepare and ship outgoing products based on customer orders or requests.

On a daily basis, the associate will manage incoming inventory, inspect and organize products, and maintain cleanliness within the warehouse. Training will be provided for operating forklifts, and candidates will be expected to handle tasks at heights of 20-25 feet.


Qualifications:

Prior Experience:
Experience with forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.

Quality Assurance:
  • Comply with all relevant standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

  • Conduct quality inspections for damage and discrepancies.
  • Manage non-conforming materials effectively.

Delivery Operations:
  • Receive and accurately categorize incoming goods, ensuring optimal storage solutions.
  • Operate both manual and automated equipment to fulfill customer orders.
  • Exhibit a high level of proficiency in core operational skills.
  • Meet defined cycle times or engineering standards.

Team Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support staff.
  • Complete training as required by the business.
  • Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, safety, and process efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Remain adaptable and undertake additional duties as necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers and support staff to identify and address equipment repair needs.
