CAD Design Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CAD Design Technician to join our team in Washington. The successful candidate will provide design and drafting support for residential and site infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and revise civil construction drawings and PGP's
  • Produce topographical profiles, cross sections, and grading plans
  • Perform routine drafting assignments and quantity take-offs
  • Work under the guidance of the Director of Land Development to complete assigned work

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • General CAD and Civil 3D experience required
  • Ability to work overtime and conduct business in a professional and ethical manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GIS experience
  • Willingness to learn and expand responsibilities
