The Assistant Director of Resident Experience will foster a positive and supportive environment for residents by providing exceptional nursing care and leading the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the care team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Vice President of Resident Experience to determine staffing needs and develop strategies to meet client care requirements.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and assisting with daily living activities.
- Lead the care team in providing high-quality care and services to residents, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating total care within the community.
- Record and document all services provided, including vital signs and progress notes.
- Monitor and report changes in health status and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Maintain a safe work environment by identifying and reporting hazards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience in senior living communities, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- CPR certification and a degree from an accredited nursing program.
