This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fitness and wellness. As a Sales Associate at Club Pilates, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Club Pilates to potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services to existing and new members. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and participating in special events and marketing initiatives to promote our brand.

Requirements: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required. Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system. Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday. Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues. Must have excellent public speaking skills. Must have proficient computer skills. Valid drivers' license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
