We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to join our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory Services team at Kroll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Due Diligence: Lead and manage complex financial due diligence engagements, examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods.
  • Deal Origination: Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Team Management: Mentor analysts and senior associates, and contribute to the development of complex areas of the report-writing process.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality services to meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant related accounting or finance work experience, with a strong background in financial due diligence.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline, or an MBA.
  • Certifications: CPA or CPA eligible.
  • Skills: Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
