Job Summary:
The County of Los Angeles seeks a highly qualified Medical Director to oversee the medical programs and activities of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical policies and procedures, supervising and evaluating medical personnel, conducting medical research and analysis, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
- Supervise and evaluate medical personnel
- Conduct medical research and analysis
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in medicine or related field
- Certification by an American Specialty Board in one or more designated specialties
- Two years of medical administrative experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $219,900 to $665,292 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
