We are currently in search of a Phlebotomist to operate within a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this capacity, you will deliver outstanding customer service, execute proficient specimen collections, and represent our organization. Furthermore, you will have access to ongoing professional development within the company.

Work Schedule:
Monday: Montclair 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Union 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday: Montclair 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: Union 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Thursday: Montclair 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Union 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Friday: Off
Saturday: Union 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Work Location: Various locations
Benefits: All employment offers will be contingent upon a candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and applicable certifications. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all demographics Gather specimens for various tests including drug screenings and paternity assessments Accurately enter patient information in a timely manner Process billing information and collect payments as necessary Prepare collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis Maintain logs of patient and specimen information Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required Travel to additional sites as neededRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Phlebotomy certification from an accredited organization Previous experience in phlebotomy Proven ability to provide excellent customer service Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team Comfortable working with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable Flexibility to work overtime as required Ability to pass a standardized color blindness testIf you are seeking a role that offers growth opportunities, continuous development, and the chance to make a significant impact, we encourage you to consider this position.
