Job Title: Teller Retail Banker

At Woodforest National Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Retail Banker to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales goals by identifying and marketing bank products and services to customers.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
  • Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive and engaging.
Work Environment:

As a Teller Retail Banker, you will work in a fast-paced branch environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional service and support. You will be required to stand for most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. You may be required to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
