About the Role

As a Retail Banker, you will be the face of our organization, working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge, enabling you to successfully engage and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with our Woodforest Experience training.
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive, engaging, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
