Job Summary

We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding daily sales goals, becoming an expert on our products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all associates
  • Model and reinforce company customer service standards
  • Actively engage customers and remain attentive to customer needs
  • Assist customers with merchandising selections and provide gracious and efficient service
Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred; retail experience preferred
  • Good reading and written language skills (English), good communication skills, basic arithmetic, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs; heavier product with team assist
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with a minimum starting rate of $15.50 and up to $22.50 per hour. Additionally, associates may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
