About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at our Philadelphia Premium Outlet location in Pottstown, PA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cultivating strong client relationships, and assisting with store operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop a comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and establish rapport with actual or potential customers.
  • Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines and maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must have open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met.
