Key Responsibilities:


Grasping the software domain and its functionalities, as well as the interactions between hardware and software components.

Utilizing programming, scripting, and database skills to develop software solutions.

Assisting in software testing, DevOps, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement tasks by resolving programming issues, adapting to scope modifications, and implementing software upgrades.

Employing best practices in software development, including technical design specifications, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational procedures.


Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in software development.
Led the technical execution of multiple projects alongside at least two other developers.
Designed and implemented ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory and SSIS.
Proficient in loading data into Azure Synapse Analytics – dedicated SQL pool.
Developed PySpark applications for processing extensive datasets on a Spark cluster.
Created C# .Net applications, including unit tests.
Developed stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server or Azure Synapse Analytics databases.

Azure Platform Experience:
Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Function Apps, and Azure Databricks.
Designed dimensional data models with facts and slowly changing dimensions.
Created PowerShell scripts.
Utilized Git for code management and experienced in the pull request workflow.
Conducted code reviews using Git and pull requests.
Established Builds and Releases in Azure DevOps.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of relevant experience with a degree.
7+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
