KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and follow up on all dealership leads and opportunity lists.
  • Handle all incoming calls related to sales, service, parts, and repairs.
  • Conduct outbound calls to invite potential customers to our dealership.
  • Perform customer satisfaction follow-up calls.
  • Reach out to customers who missed their appointments to reschedule.
  • Inform customers about the status of special orders, appointment reminders, and recall notices.
  • Engage with customers on the service drive to promote test drive opportunities.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Possess a high level of enthusiasm and energy throughout the workday.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, particularly when addressing objections and negotiating.
  • Strong communication abilities are essential.
  • A valid and clean driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening prior to employment.
