Job Summary:

At Sigma, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication disorders and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy services to acute care, rehabilitation, and outpatient patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Valid MA state SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS/HCP)
One year of experience with swallowing disorders or extensive dysphagia management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

SNF experience
Computer proficiency
Graduate of a school of speech/language pathology
