About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our reliability engineering group, you will be responsible for improving the reliability of our equipment, utilities, and critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, plans, and SOPs for new and modified equipment.
  • Perform data analysis of corrective work orders and quality event metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead reliability-driven actions, including root cause failure analysis and failure mode effect analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot equipment and improve maintenance processes.
  • Develop business cases for improvements and participate in capital planning.
  • Lead the implementation of predictive maintenance across the facility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of laboratory and pharmaceutical process support equipment, including CIP, SIP, Autoclaves, and Glass Washers.
  • Knowledge of core engineering principles, including heat transfer, mass transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
