About the Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team as a float clinician. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

This position requires a medical professional with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, who can deliver evidenced-based medicine and drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management. Our ideal candidate will also possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with therapists and specialists.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and create an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
  • Adhere to Clinical Analytics relative to quality measures.
  • Create a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff.
  • Ensure compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC.
