Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist LPC to join our team at our Clarkston clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to our clients, collaborating with our dynamic team, and contributing to the growth and development of our agency.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement effective treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with our team to further our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Valid state of Michigan License (LMFT, LMSW, LPC)
  • Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
