Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee client ABA programs in our Oklahoma City clinical team. As a BCBA, you will conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments, interpret results, and design comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. You will also provide training and supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs, and others responsible for implementing intervention and monitoring client progress through data-based progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee ABA programs and ensure high-quality services
  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Design and maintain treatment programs for clients, including individualized plans and progress monitoring
  • Work with and oversee teams responsible for implementing treatment plans
  • Complete weekly program writing and maintain client program books
  • Provide parent/family training and support, including monthly clinic/progress meetings
  • Monitor programs through observations, data collection, and data analysis
  • As needed, provide direct/indirect behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions

Requirements
  • Masters Degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensed in OK
  • Knowledge of Behavior Analytic Interventions
  • Functional Behavioral Assessment
  • Experience in Emergency/Crisis Intervention
  • Experience Supervision RBTs preferred
