At Bob Evans Restaurants, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Develop and implement sales-building strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a leadership role in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college and/or culinary schooling preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
