About the Role

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding personnel, property, and sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional security services, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and classified information.
  • Conduct thorough patrols within and around the facility to identify potential security risks.
  • Greet guests and employees, and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
  • Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns and security breaches to client and/or other security personnel.
  • Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency situations.
  • Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance.
  • Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site, prior military experience, or a combination of both.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
