  • Work with segments, brands, markets, regions, and functions to create operating plans that align with Kenvue's strategic priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure the strategic planning process leverages industry trends and best practices for competitive advantage.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and execution of strategic and operational plans.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior management.
  • Facilitate ongoing adjustments and refinements to ensure successful implementation and alignment with Kenvue's objectives.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
What We Offer:
  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $144,000.00 to $247,825.00.
