Job Description

As a Principal Product Manager at Walmart Global Tech, you will play a crucial role in reimagining the way we deliver consumer data to suppliers. This involves leading efforts to launch key initiatives around self-serve, automation, and improving data ventures.

The team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both stakeholders. We optimize tariffs and assortment according to our Everyday Low Cost philosophy, creating affordability and customized experiences across channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving product lifecycle from requirement definitions to launch efforts
  • Defining data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs, and UX for reporting dashboards
  • Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in advertising
  • Partnering with internal sales teams and retail teams to create unique experiences
  • Developing and enhancing products, managing product roadmaps, and analyzing customer data

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area, or 11 years' experience in product management
  • 5+ years in product management, self-serve platforms, customer experiences, automation, and data analytics
  • Experience launching ad experiences and automation is strongly preferred

You'll be working in a hybrid environment, primarily in-office coupled with virtual work. Our campuses serve as hubs for collaboration, innovation, and growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000-$286,000 annually, depending on location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, and more.
