  • Generate and distribute statements and notifications to clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; however, familiarity with transaction balancing is advantageous.
  • Understanding of mortgage loan terminology and products is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Commitment to regulatory compliance and adherence to bank policies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily stationary with computer and office equipment usage.
  • Occasional movement within the office space.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $18.40 to $20.40.
