Job Summary:

Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy is seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pooler, GA. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children to help them develop the skills they need to succeed in life. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each child

Collaborate with families to set achievable goals and track progress

Engage in hands-on activities that promote fine motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care independence

Utilize creative play techniques to make therapy fun and meaningful for children

Regularly assess and document each child's development, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes

Requirements:

Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with children and their families

Creativity in developing engaging and age-appropriate therapeutic activities

Patience and empathy in working with children who progress at their own pace

Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during therapy

Understanding of child development principles to create focused and effective intervention plans
