Responsibilities- Oversee caseload of 6-8 children in a home-based setting
- Manage and train RBTs
- Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans
- Provide parent coaching and work on achieving milestones with families
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred
- Fast-growing, new ABA in-home provider in multiple states
- Super flexible scheduling
