Job Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport with patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing emotional support when needed.

Education and Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid LPN license and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar clinical setting. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively will be crucial in meeting the demands of this position. You should also hold current certifications in BLS and ACLS, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in patient care.
