Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer II to join our team at Hyundai AutoEver America. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain corporate network architecture to meet company goals
  • Install and configure network hardware, including switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Investigate and resolve network issues impacting end-user performance and production
  • Maintain and configure telecommunications networks, including VoIP systems and network integration
  • Design and implement network upgrades, including projects involving ISP cooperation
  • Monitor and troubleshoot wide-area network issues between Mobis and external companies
  • Manage and troubleshoot VPN access for internal employees and remote subsidiary sites
  • Administer network security systems to protect against threats
  • Provide immediate response to internal network threats, including suspending service and responding to security violators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as primary administrator for network infrastructure
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN networking principles
  • Knowledge of Cisco hardware and network operating system configuration
  • Knowledge of routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
  • Knowledge of security technologies and concepts, including firewalls, IPS, and VPNs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Certifications

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification is preferred.

Salary Range

$65,950 to $94,300 + an outstanding benefits package.
