Job Overview

Sierra Health and Wellness is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our inpatient facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring that all medical processes and operations are followed and documented.
  • Prepare and review medical records and nurses' notes to evaluate patient physical and emotional status.
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians, in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current LVN license, or LPT license.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
