Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual results with prior and standard costs.
- Analyze financial data and develop cost and financial models to support decision-making.
- Report on financial performance and prepare insights for leadership reviews.
- Examine historical results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and propose enhancements.
- Lead the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide trend analysis and forecasts, recommending actions for optimization.
- Suggest improvements by interpreting data and conducting comparative analyses; evaluate proposed changes in methods and materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including the development of standard and ad-hoc reports and tools.
- Maintain a robust foundation in financial analysis by creating forecasts and models.
- Recommend modifications in operational procedures to enhance efficiency in payment and procurement processes.
- Analyze data to assist in reducing costs across all operations.
- Propose strategies for cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- A university degree (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
- Must demonstrate teamwork capabilities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, along with presentation abilities.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills to achieve desired outcomes.
- High personal and professional ethical standards and integrity.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
