Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team at Dowbuilt. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high-end residential projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of skilled carpenters and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being performed to the highest quality standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, including conflicts with clients, subcontractors, or team members.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress, including site logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Skills: Advanced construction math skills, proficiency with proper use of tools and equipment, excellent communication and team-building skills, and ability to take and give direction.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish a plus.
