Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment: Utilize your expertise to identify and resolve issues with mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, conveyor systems, control systems, and more.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Continuously update your knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: As a seasoned Maintenance Technician, you will have a proven track record of maintaining complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including Class I, Div. I and Div. II electrical classifications and equipment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
