Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational compliance.
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Utilize blueprints, plans, and electrical drawings to complete job tasks and repair machinery.
- Inspect, test, and repair systems or equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
- Recommend actions to improve maintenance activities and operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Maintenance Technician.
- Associates Degree from a technical school or completion of a recognized apprenticeship program.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
