We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Aide to join our team at All American Home Care. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with all activities of daily living, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Communicate and document treatment provided to clients, including their response or lack of response to care.
  • Contribute to the development of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each client, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the rights of clients, families, employees, and organization information in compliance with HIPAA policies and regulations.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safe work practices at all times.
  • Interact cooperatively with clients, families, visitors, and other team members, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with applicable federal and state rules and regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
  • Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner and be willing to perform other duties as assigned by appropriate personnel.
