Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Guest Services Representative to join our team at Westwood Community Church. As a key member of our Executive Office Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, both on the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage main desk phone calls, answering questions and directing calls as needed with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Route in-person and phone Pastor-On-Call requests with discretion and care.
  • Prepare and maintain the coffee station in the commons area for guests.
  • Maintain the safety and security of the commons area, reporting any concerns to the Executive Assistant.
  • Manage USPS and package deliveries and pickups, as well as Lost & Found items.
  • Assist with projects to support Westwood staff as needed.
  • Align with and embody the Westwood Staff Values: Head High, Heart Soft, Arms Linked, and Feet Forward.
Requirements
  • A life that honors God in heart, actions, and relationships, with a goal of becoming more like Jesus.
  • One to two years of general office experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Ability to relate to other Westwood staff and church attenders.
  • Endorse and support Westwood's Statement of Faith.
