Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to enhance our internal audit capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Corporate Compliance & Internal Audit Manager.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and non-SOX evaluations.
  • Review the work of Internal Auditors, ensuring thorough documentation and testing of SOX processes and controls.
  • Contribute to the drafting of audit findings and corresponding action plans.
  • Conduct formal audits throughout the audit cycle.
  • Participate in performance evaluations for Internal Auditors.
  • Travel may be required up to 15% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on financial management and audit training.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Possession or pursuit of CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
  • Strong understanding of internal auditing principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with SOX and the COSO 2013 Framework.
  • Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with effective research capabilities.
  • Experience with AuditBoard, SAP, Oracle Financial, and similar tools.
  • Understanding of operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
