Position Overview:
As an Aircraft Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of preassembled wiring harnesses according to established routing protocols. Your role will involve securing these harnesses using various clips, brackets, and holding devices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect wiring to equipment, panels, relays, and accessories.
2. Conduct continuity checks on primary installations to ensure functionality.
3. Utilize your two years of hands-on electrical experience in aircraft environments.
4. Interpret and work from electrical blueprints effectively.
5. Perform wire routing on electrical wiring boards, including pin and plug processes.
6. Execute wire stripping, crimping, terminating, soldering, and harness buildup.
7. Install wiring harnesses within aircraft systems.

Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in aircraft electrical assembly, particularly with electrical wire harnesses.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints.
- Completion of a performance demonstration test is required for eligibility.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with electrical assemblies, wire harnesses, and circuit breakers.
- Ability to route, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components.
- Familiarity with avionics systems and aircraft electronic devices.
- Skills in splicing, insulation, and installation of plugs and connectors.

Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Work Environment:
This is an onsite full-time position at a designated facility. Lockheed Martin offers various work schedules to enhance flexibility, including standard and condensed options.
