Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collect and return shopping carts to the store, ensuring they are in good condition and properly secured.
  • Perform prompt parcel pick-up service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to guests.
  • Communicate customer requests and concerns to management, providing feedback and suggestions for improving guest satisfaction.
  • Support and execute superior customer service, adhering to Festival Foods' high standards and expectations.
  • Regularly review and maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and associates.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk in the store, bend, stoop, and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates, providing clear and concise information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
