We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit at TidalHealth. As a Surgical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to a variety of surgical patients, including orthopedics, cardiothoracic, and bariatric patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-operative care to patients undergoing robotic-assisted surgeries, including Mako and DaVinci procedures
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of permanent residency
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, as well as weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Our salary range for this position is $33.00-$52.80 per hour, commensurate with experience.
