Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in estimating, cost control, project management, or engineering within a construction environment is required. Proficiency in estimating techniques and cost control, along with the ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems, is essential for success in this role.
