Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Psychiatry Practice Partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our NYC center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer TMS treatments and Spravato (esketamine) treatments according to specific provider protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by demonstrating empathy, developing trust, and providing support to a vulnerable patient population.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort throughout treatment.
  • Review and administer psychiatric rating scales to patients to benchmark treatment progress and ensure continuity of care.
  • Record all treatment session notes and documents in EHR, collaborating with other team members and/or providers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of experience working in a patient care or mental health office setting.
  • High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Medical Assistant or other clinical certification may be considered with additional years of applicable work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a patient care or mental health office setting.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Biological Sciences is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
  • Basic Life Support Certification - will be provided.
