As a Lead Educator, your responsibilities will include designing and executing engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of young learners. You will provide a variety of materials and resources that encourage exploration, creativity, and active participation in both structured learning and play.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or current enrollment in a Master's program in the same field.
- Prior experience in 3K/PreK settings is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a proactive attitude are crucial.
- A friendly demeanor and an engaging personality are preferred.
- Professionalism and reliability are expected at all times.
- Ability to interact effectively with students of varying ages and abilities, as well as with parents, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Physical capability to lift at least 40 pounds consistently throughout the workday.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $68,652 (based on a 10-month work schedule).
