What You'll Do

As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll provide personalized care to patients in their own homes, working under the supervision of an RN. You'll take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor. You'll also assist the RN in carrying out the patient's plan of care and teaching patient self-care techniques.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an Accredited Practical Nursing Program: You must have a valid LPN license in NJ.
  • Clinical Proficiency in Nursing: You must have strong clinical skills and be able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Home Health Regulations: You must be familiar with the regulations governing home health care.
