Job Title: Energy Reduction Technician

At M3 USA, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Reduction Technician to join our team. As an Energy Reduction Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and clean HVAC units to ensure optimal performance
  • Test and document HVAC unit tune-ups, including before and after photos
  • Notify specialists of any issues or malfunctions detected during testing
  • Remove and replace thermostats as required
  • Set up and tear down cleaning equipment each day
  • Account for all cleaning tools and equipment at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Be willing to travel as needed for job functions
  • Manage time clock responsibilities
  • Meet all training requirements within a predetermined time frame
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Normal color vision
  • Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors in inclement weather
  • Reliable transportation
  • EPA 608 Certification and HVAC tune-up class completion within 90 days of employment
