About the Position

The Drug & Alcohol Clinical Program Director at JFK Behavioral Health Center plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of clinical service delivery and supervising all clinical documentation for clients with drug/alcohol problems and/or behavioral health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical assessments for populations presenting with substance use, addiction disorders, or co-occurring disorders.
  • Administer program resources provided for direct client supports under the direction of the VP- Behavioral Health.
  • Maintain familiarity with all JFK's programs and services to maximize client access to rehabilitative resources.

Expected Qualifications:
We seek professionals with four years of experience in clinical supervision, including two years of post-master's experience, one year of direct experience working with the chemically dependent, and one year of general clinical experience. A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, social work, human services, chemical dependency, or a related discipline from an accredited university is required. LCSW/LPC licensure is also necessary.

Work Environment
  • Monday through Friday: 9 am to 5 pm
  • Center City Philadelphia, accessible to SEPTA and Regional Rail
