We are seeking a committed individual to become a part of our team as a Custodial Services Specialist.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in all facets of custodial services
  • Cleaning shared spaces such as the lobby, hallways, community room, laundry facilities, and public restrooms
  • Executing various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensuring all areas are kept to established cleanliness standards
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
  • Sanitizing toilets, countertops, and sinks
  • Maintaining cleanliness in community areas
  • Washing windows, vacuuming, and cleaning carpets
  • Utilizing cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other tools
  • Keeping restrooms stocked with necessary toiletries
  • Cleaning mirrors, glass surfaces, and waste receptacles
  • Monitoring cleaning supplies and placing orders as needed
  • Reporting any maintenance requirements
  • Some outdoor maintenance may be necessary

This is a full-time role that includes benefits.
