- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Utilize statistical analysis tools and techniques to monitor process parameters and identify deviations.
- Establish criteria for supplier selection and evaluation to ensure the delivery of high-quality raw materials and components.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality requirements and drive corrective actions as necessary.
- Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and implement inspection and testing protocols to verify product quality and reliability.
- Coordinate with testing laboratories and third-party certification bodies to validate product performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze test data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback to team members to drive professional growth and development.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the quality team.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or a related field)
- 5-7 years of working experience in quality engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and quality management software systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $112,000 - $154,451, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and paid time off.
